Groove’s Kitchen and Daiquiri, a brand-new culinary hotspot on Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach, seeks dedicated Servers/Waitresses to join our professional team. We are looking for individuals with a passion for hospitality who can deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
• Order Management: Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff, maintaining a strong understanding of the menu and daily specials.
• Serving Skills: Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Guest Relations: Attend to guests’ needs throughout their dining experience, addressing any inquiries or concerns with professionalism and care.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service, and assist colleagues as needed to maintain a smooth operation.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas and service stations.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a server or waitress in a high-end restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A polished and professional appearance, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus.
