The Waterfront Pub & Grill in Delavan, WI is looking for an experienced server to join our team. We are located on 408 State Rd 50. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable. Must be available day shifts and some nights as well as weekends.

Overview

• Provide excellent customer service by taking guests orders and suggesting items. Serving the correct food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications and Duties

• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Able to multitask efficiently
• Strong organizational skills
• Take accurate orders and communicate them correctly in the pos system to the bar and kitchen
• Table service including setting tables and prebussing
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Perform opening, closing, and sidework responsibilties
