As a Server, you will: Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and service. Write orders on the check or memorize it. Relays instructions to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars. Serve patrons by chafing dishes at the table. Observe diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when a meal has been completed. Complete all assigned side work and special projects. Become familiar with all menu and bar recipes. Total bills and accept payments or refer guests to the Cashier. Follow instructions without close supervision. Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed. Must have 1 year of serving experience. Must be at least 18 and have a valid FL State Driver’s License. Westgate Resorts is a smoke and tobacco-free workplace.
