JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience from start to finish.

SKILLS

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Experience in the food industry with prior restaurant experience preferred.
• Proficient in using POS systems, particularly Micros POS is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.

• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and upsell additional products when appropriate.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items are prepared according to restaurant specifications.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals and maintain efficient workflow.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in customer service, food handling, and sanitation practices.
