Description Now Hiring: Servers at Élephante – Santa Monica Location: Santa Monica, CA Wage: $17.81 per hour + tips Job Type: Part-time/Full-time Élephante is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Servers to join our team. About the Role As a Server at Élephante, you will play a vital role in delivering top-tier service to our guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding service and anticipate guests’ needs Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations and the overall venue Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations Inform guests of daily specials and inquire about dietary restrictions or allergies Accurately enter orders into the POS system and handle payment transactions Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately Serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with state regulations Follow opening, closing, and sanitation procedures Support teammates and communicate effectively with managers and kitchen staff Participate in pre-service meetings, training sessions, and team collaborations What We’re Looking For Previous hospitality or dining room server experience preferred Experience in a high-volume restaurant, lounge, or nightclub setting Strong communication and teamwork skills Alcohol Awareness and Food Handling Certifications (or willingness to obtain) Ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods (up to 50 lbs) Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Why Join Us?
