JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic server to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures is advantageous.
• Understanding of food safety practices within the hospitality industry is essential.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing orders and handling cash transactions efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner to enhance guest experience.
