JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every guest feels valued and well-cared for. Your ability to manage time effectively and deliver outstanding customer service will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, preferably Micros POS.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
• Provide excellent guest services by anticipating needs and addressing any concerns.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of orders.
• Stay informed about menu items, specials, and any changes to enhance customer knowledge.
