JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Host/Server/Bartender/Busser/ and all position to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests, and assisting with food service operations. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in the food industry and enjoy working collaboratively to create memorable dining experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring they feel welcomed upon arrival.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks to customers promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest inquiries or concerns.
• Help with catering events as needed, ensuring all food handling procedures are followed for safety and quality.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance the dining experience for guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
