SERVER - KANSAS CITY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT Location: Kansas City International Airport, Kansas City, MO, 64153 JOB SUMMARY We are seeking friendly and professional Servers to join our team at Kansas City International Airport. As a Server, you will provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for travelers and guests. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations. * Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. * Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. * Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations. * Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. * Follow all health and safety regulations and airport security protocols. QUALIFICATIONS * Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Must be able to pass airport security clearance. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is based at Kansas City International Airport and involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced airport dining environment.
