Quail Creek Country Club, an exclusive private Country Club in North Naples, is seeking Servers for Casual A la Carte Dining, Formal and Fine Dining. The ideal individuals are to be friendly, organized and efficient to join our team. If you have a love for food and for providing an unmatched dining experience, we want you to work with our top Servers and Chefs to dazzle our Quail Creek Members. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating a dignified yet friendly relationship with Members and their guests while ensuring that they receive prompt, pleasant service while dining with us. Candidates must work well with people in a team environment and also have the ability to work independently as well. The ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under short time constraints is necessary for success. Flexible schedules offered including extended hours, weekends and holidays necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS-

• You are an outgoing and personable professional and you have a desire to exel in the hospitality industry
• 2+ years’ country club experience preferred
• Familiarity with point-of-sale Jonas
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient under pressure
• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Flexibility and willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Enthusiasm for good food that is easily expressed to Members
• Able to memorize 3-5 specials and their descriptions for easy recitation to members and guests
• Observant and attendant to all members needs
• Impeccable manners or the willingness to learn

DESIRED SKILL(S):

• Processing credit cards
• Basic math calculations without a calculator
• Using a calculator
• Using Point of Sale software
• Using other restaurant software
• Operating a variety of equipment, such as fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines

LICENSES AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

· Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.

RESPONSIBILITIES-

• Greet Members & Guests warmly
• Establish professional relationship with our members
• Inform members of specials and provide enthusiastic advice about ordering
• Record Members orders and have efficient process through our POS system
• Take care of all member and guest needs making sure they never want for anything
• Suggest additional items like desserts and beverages when appropriate
• Work together with other servers and kitchen staff to ensure prompt delivery of all food and drinks
• Maintain cleanliness of all public areas
