Responsibilities: Greet and seat customers with a friendly demeanor. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Process payments and manage cash register operations. Requirements: Previous experience in a waitstaff or customer service role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus. Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
