As a valued Servery Staff at Anglicare's Mildred Symons House in Jannali, your role to create a positive mealtime experience that supports residents’ health, dignity, and emotional wellbeing through attentive service and collaboration with kitchen and care teams. With kindness and understanding, you will: Prepare food and service meals Set up of dining areas with care Support dietary needs and meal choices (we’ll guide you) Keep kitchen areas clean and safe Bring warmth and dignity to every interaction What you’ll bring Empathy to interact respectfully with elderly residents, attention to detail to follow dietary requirements, and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Responsibilities

The Servery Staff member will be responsible for preparing food and serving meals to residents while setting up dining areas with care to create a positive mealtime experience. This role also requires supporting dietary needs, maintaining clean and safe kitchen areas, and ensuring every interaction brings warmth and dignity to the residents.
