This is a full-time role based in Mildred Symons House, Jannali What You’ll Do: Manage the servery team and ensuring that all health and safety requirements are of the highest standards. Lead the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring timely delivery in line with Anglicare's high standards. Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and maintaining a smooth operation. Ensure that food is prepared in a safe, hygienic environment that meets all health regulations. Play a key role in improving food quality and work practices while maintaining a clean, orderly kitchen. Contribute to our culture of safety by upholding our Work Health and Safety (WHS) and HACCP standards. About You: You have a Commercial Cookery Certificate or equivalent, and at least 4 years of experience in the food industry, including supervisory roles.
