Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The In-Room Dining Server delivers food and beverages to guest rooms with efficiency, courtesy, and attention to detail, ensuring orders are accurate and timely. By anticipating guest needs and providing personalized service, this role upholds the exceptional standards of Four Seasons Montréal.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Answer guest calls with courtesy, gather order details, and present the menu in an engaging way.
  • Enter and verify orders in the POS system, including special requests.
  • Check outgoing orders from the kitchen to ensure accuracy before delivery.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly to guest rooms while maintaining quality and meeting specific guest needs.
  • Anticipate guest needs, respond to questions, and assess satisfaction.
  • Properly close guest checks, charges, and gratuities.
  • Work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Assist with tray setup, stocking supplies, and collecting items from hallways.
  • Support the restaurant or banquet service during peak periods.
  • Adhere to Four Seasons standards and procedures, and promptly report any incidents to the supervisor.
