• Fournir de l’information sur nos produits et préparer des soumissions
• Provide product information and prepare quotes
• Offrir un service à la clientèle rapide et professionnel
• Deliver fast, professional customer service
• Préparer et expédier certaines commandes
• Prepare and ship some orders

Profil recherché / Profile

• Bilinguisme français/anglais obligatoire / Bilingual English/French required
• Expérience en service à la clientèle (atout majeur) / Experience in customer service (strong asset)
• Expérience en quincaillerie ou domaine connexe (fort atout) / Experience in hardware or related field (strong asset)
• Organisé(e), autonome et orienté(e) client / Organized, autonomous, and customer-focused
