Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Service Account Assistant to support our account management and logistics service operations. Responsibilities Provide daily support to service account managers and assist with operational coordination. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and client information across internal systems. Support client communication with clear, professional updates and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure service consistency.
