Handle general customer enquiries professionally. Process policy changes, cancellations, and mid-term adjustments. Maintain accurate records in internal systems. Supporting and servicing a portfolio of key clients, ensuring a high standard of customer care and timely resolution of queries. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience. Qualifications Essential Skills & Experience Minimum 1 year of insurance experience (essential). Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with Account Executives and wider broking teams to achieve client service objectives. Professional telephone manner. Ability to build client relationships. Good organisational skills and ability to prioritize workloads. Proactive, confident, and able to use own initiative. Flexible, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
