Requirements Work authorization permitting employment in the United States. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; MBA preferred. 5–10 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the energy sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Understanding of the U.S. utility landscape and regulatory frameworks.
