RideNow Powersports, with over 50 locations nationwide, is looking for a Service Admin Clerk to join the RideNow Phoenix Team. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Notify customers when unit is ready for pickup, or to schedule unit delivery * Greet and welcome customer when they come into the serviced department * Manage and help customers schedule service appointments and service related updates * Answer and direct incoming service calls * Sales Warranty Submissions * Controlling Work Distribution Qualifications WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: * 1+ year of admin experience, dealership background a preferred * Exciting and engaging phone presence * Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently * Excellent time management skills WHY RIDENOW? * Hourly rate based on experience (up to $19 per hour) * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Employer paid life and short-term disability insurance * Paid time off and vacation * Employee discounts on parts, accessories, and gear All applicants must pass pre-employment background checks, including MVR screening.
