Our customers are most important and should be treated as such. Responsibilities: Call and follow up with customers after their service visit to ensure satisfaction. Provide friendly and professional support while answering customer questions. Record customer feedback and share with the service teams. Assist with scheduling service appointments when needed. Help maintain positive relationships by showing care and appreciation for every customer.
