We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Service Administration Assistant to join our team in Shrewsbury on a part-time basis. You’ll play a key role in supporting our service operations, ensuring smooth communication and accurate documentation. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks and providing excellent support to our team.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook )
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Responsibilities
  • Prepare site documentation ready for service engineers’ visits
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Perform data entry tasks, such as customer orders and place purchase orders with suppliers for parts required, accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare post visit reports, generate invoices and update customer and technical information
  • Utilise Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow
