Description

As the Service Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the service team coordination assisting the service manager and Service technicians.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSETS

  • Punctual and Professional
  • Construction trades admin experience or equivalent education is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of Service documentation and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 & OneDrive, strong excel knowledge and skillset.
  • Sage 100software experience and scheduling software or service dispatch systems
  • Strong time management and multitasking ability.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

· Facilitate information to Velocity teams, Clients, Vendors and Sub-Contractors in a timely manner.
· Ensure all information communications and site documentation are kept current and organized.
· File electronic documents in a timely, accurate and consistent manner.
· Maintain EPM software accuracy.
· Must have service dispatch scheduling experience, including coordinating technicians, managing work orders, and adjusting schedules in real time
· Prepare and issue purchase orders and sub-contracts to suppliers.
· Coordinate deliveries with suppliers, customers and our team.
· Work as a team player to assist team to collectively and successfully succeed.
· Assist the Service Manager with administrative functions and processes.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
