Job purpose
The Service Administrator plays a critical role in the coordination and efficiency of service operations by managing work orders, scheduling technicians and vendors, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. This role is responsible for supporting the service team, tracking maintenance activities, and optimizing workflows to ensure timely and cost-effective property service management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications & Skills
Strong understanding of service operations, scheduling, and workflow management.
Experience in administrative support, scheduling, and coordination.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in property management or service tracking software
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Experience working with vendors, technicians, and property management teams.

Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration.
