About the role As we expand our internal service ecosystem beyond Salesforce and Business Central into custom-built microservices, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our Product & Engineering team. In this role, you’ll ensure data accuracy across our internal systems, maintain integrations with partners and core platforms, and support key business processes such as customer and contract management. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers as well as with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain and improve the operational backbone of our business. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of system administration, data management, and process design, and who wants to help shape how our digital ecosystem evolves. Your responsibilities Administer and maintain business-critical data, including customer records, contracts, and process information across internal systems. Ensure seamless integration and synchronization between Salesforce, Business Central, and custom-built microservices. Monitor and validate data flows, identify discrepancies, and coordinate fixes with engineering and product teams. Support external partners directly, manage access, resolve issues, and track feedback. Create and follow up on bug reports or improvement requests based on partner and stakeholder input. Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to define admin processes and data workflows. Contribute to the design of admin tools, dashboards, or lightweight frontends for better data visibility and control. Champion best practices for data quality, operational excellence, and process scalability. Your profile Experience in system administration, data operations, or integration management in a multi-system environment (Salesforce, ERP, or similar). Strong understanding of data flows, APIs, and integrations, you’re comfortable discussing technical topics with engineers. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Strong communication skills, you can work with both internal stakeholders and external partners effectively. A proactive mindset, you like identifying issues and driving process improvements. Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, or basic scripting for data validation or analysis. What we offer At audibene, you'll make our customers happy every day by helping them hear better.
