We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Administrator to join our client’s automotive team in Brisbane, 4009. This is a permanent full-time role offering a competitive salary, Monday–Friday roster, and the comfort of being home every night.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is responsible for the administration of fleet maintenance for the branch rental assets. You’ll handle workshop bookings, quotations, customer enquiries, and fleet logistics while supporting the wider team with smooth day-to-day operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and process Service Maintenance Orders (SMOs).
  • Manage workshop bookings, prioritising daily work schedules.
  • Provide quotations for workshop, service, and mechanical repairs.
  • Order, receipt, and process supplies in Business Central.
  • Support vehicle arrivals, disposals, recalls, and compliance inspections.
  • Manage damage and extra charges through inspections and reporting.
  • Liaise daily with customers and suppliers to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain strong compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
