JOB SUMMARY

Harrier Pneumatics requires a Stores person, who will be responsible for the warehouse facility and stock in an expanding service team operating out of its busy Bristol-based office

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications required, SAP knowledge advantageous
  • Previous experience in quotes advantageous

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Service and remedial quotes up to £3k
  • Send and chase quotes
  • Raise job sheet and handover to coordinator once PO is received
  • Keep records up to date
  • Assist with invoicing if required
  • Cover for the coordinator where required

Absolute KEY skills needed for role

  • Excellent communication and customer relationship building skills are critical
  • Flexibility, initiative, willingness to drive change in process and systems essential
  • Must possess good written and numeric skills
  • Teamwork drive
