To expand further into the cleaning equipment industry, Kelsan acquired Washing Equipment Technologies (WET) — a Knoxville-based company specializing in commercial and industrial pressure washers. Position Summary: The Service Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the pressure washer service department. This position ensures smooth coordination between customers, technicians, and internal teams to deliver timely and high-quality equipment service. Essential Functions and Responsibilities includes the following. Other duties may be assigned. Coordinate equipment repairs, warranty claims, and parts orders Maintain accurate service records and customer files Communicate with customers regarding service updates, estimates, and timelines Process invoices, payments, and service-related documentation Support the service team with administrative tasks and workflow optimization Monitor inventory levels for parts and supplies Requirements High School Diploma or GED Strong organizational and communication skills Experience in service coordination or administrative support Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with pressure washer systems or mechanical equipment is a plus
