SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Service Administrator to join our team at Petroassist UK Limited. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth administrative operations, supporting our service team, and enhancing customer interactions. Your contributions will be essential to maintaining our high standards of service excellence. There is no public transport to this office and you must have a driving licence and car for the commute. This role is office based 5 days per week. This is a temporary role expected to last 6 to 8 weeks.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to solve problems both methodically and intuitively
  • Minimum of 2 years administration experience

  • Keep detailed record of site assets
  • Logging and closing calls
  • Raising purchase orders / invoices
  • Collating data for reporting
  • Maintaining and updating customer programmed works schedule
  • Providing back-office support for Technicians and any ad-hoc issues that arise on a daily basis
  • Managing shared mailbox
  • Processing Sales & Spares Orders
  • Administration of the company fleet of vehicles (temp hire, dealing with penalty notices, fuel cards)
