We are looking for a Service Administrator to join our team at the East Anglia regional office. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a well-established company that values expertise, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Professional Customer Service: Deliver a courteous and professional telephone service to both internal and external customers.
  • Engineer Scheduling & Coordination: Plan and coordinate both planned and reactive service work for engineers.
  • Inspection Visit Scheduling: Arrange inspection visits, working closely with Operations and Regional Managers.
  • Service Contract Management: Schedule new service contracts on the in-house maintenance system.
  • Call-Out Management: Raise and allocate call-outs to the appropriate engineer for prompt response.
  • Data Entry & Administration: Accurately input office data as part of general administrative duties.
  • Engineer Paperwork Processing: Verify and process all engineer paperwork, including timesheets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong customer relationships, providing updates via phone, email, and written communication.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance across all business units as required.
