Description

Proactive Workforce Solutions are currently recruiting for a Service Administrator to work with one of our customers based in Bromborough, this is initially for a term of 3 months but may be extended.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft applications
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A team player with the ability to work on own initiative
    Job Types: Temporary, Fixed term contract
    Contract length: 3 months
    Pay: £12.82 per hour

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The ideal candidate will provide will provide key administrative support to the operational team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

  • Liaise with operational personnel to ensure all systems are updated
  • Manage all administrative activities for the department
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Minimise invoice queries and investigate any credit requests
  • Ensure data input is accurate and completed promptly
  • Complete all end-of-week checks before the monthly invoice run
  • Resolve customer missed collection queries promptly
  • Ensure accurate data entry into IT systems
  • Record gains and losses on the depot progress spreadsheet
  • Inform key accounts of service issues affecting their customers
