JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Minimum a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-year relevant work experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and systems (Monday.com, SAP)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Self-driven & positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and good at follow-ups.
  • Able to read SLD, usage of AutoCAD is a plus point.
Responsibilities
  • Manage service schedules and appointments
  • Maintain service records and documentation for report preparation
  • Assist in the preparation of project documents i.e. MOS & RA
  • Coordinate between various departments i.e. warehouse, to request components and materials in the SAP system
  • Assist in processing and submission of workers’ staff claims
  • Act as back-ups to handle inquiries and complaints from clients and coordinate service requests and ensure follow-upsPerform any other duties as assigned from time to time
