PREREQUISITES:

  • Previous administration experience desired, however not essential.
  • Good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

As a Service Administrator, you will be an integral member of the Service Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Carry out the daily banking
  • Co-ordinating Sales Prep
  • Invoicing
  • Answering overflow phone calls
  • Jobcard filing and processing
  • Occasional front of house support
