Responsibilities:

  • Manage the candidate compliance process, including verifying background checks, qualifications, references and other relevant requirements.
  • Monitor candidate registrations, ensuring all activities adhere to education industry regulations and standards in line with APSCo Compliance+ and safer recruitment practices.
  • Communicate with both candidates and the recruitment team to provide updates on compliance statuses and address any issues that may arise.
  • Support the Sales team with identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels including job boards and attending careers events.
  • Conduct Pre-Screening calls to register potential candidates and send screening portal links to candidates, where applicable.
  • Assist the team with preparing profiles and candidates CVs ready to send to clients.
  • Maintain records of compliance related activities on both candidate screening portal and CRM.
  • Ensure Candidate availability is up to date and recorded appropriately on the system.
  • Keep candidate timesheet records up to date, managing candidate reminders and processing through payroll.
  • Support the consultants with candidate management, regularly cleansing the database to ensure the candidate pipeline continues to grow
