SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR VACANCY

We are looking for a service administrator to join our busy service team and look after a team of engineers who carry out repairs and maintenance on refrigeration systems.

Manage calls from new or existing customers
Create job sheets and book in visits
Liaise with the customer
Process job sheets and complete the required paperwork
Purchase materials as required
Ensure the team of engineers are productive as possible
40 hours per week Monday to Friday
