REQUIREMENTS

 Customer service experience
 Enthusiastic with high energy
 Strong communication skills both in French and English
 Outgoing and friendly personality
 A positive attitude
 Computer and software proficiency
 Previous service advisor experience would be an asset

 Greeting customers, listening to their needs and scheduling appointments as needed
 Explain the type and cost of services offered
 Act as a liaison between our customers and our service technicians

 Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business
