Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and looking to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team? Adams Morey is currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our busy and friendly team at our Bridgwater site.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a well-established and respected company in the commercial vehicle industry. As a Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout the service process.
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, i.e. 45 hours per week, 30 minute lunch (unpaid).

Responsibilities
  • Liaising with customers on site, via phone and email.
  • Liaising with customers in regard to work being carried out on their vehicle.
  • Sales and upsell of labour hours.
  • Selling service plans along with promotional accessories/programs etc.
  • Invoicing and following manufactures warranty procedures.
  • Planning and scheduling customers vehicles to coincide with their maintenance plan.
  • Customer Satisfaction Follow up phone calls.
  • Understand workshop efficiencies and the importance of loading the workshop diary correctly.
