An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Bowater Toyota team as a Service Advisor/Administrator at their Nelson branch.
This role offers loads of variety and will see you providing outstanding front-line customer service, booking customers in for work, following up with customers on additional work to be done, job costing and much more. Alongside that you get to work with a team of people who are fun and passionate about what they do!
We pride ourselves on building strong customer relationships at Bowater Toyota – so understanding the value of the customer and being able to provide an exceptional level of service is a must. A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to multi-task is also important as this role will see you juggling phone calls, work-flow and customer needs.
If you are someone who enjoys helping customers and ensuring that they receive an exceptional level of service then this is a great role for you!
Some of your duties will include:
Ensuring the smooth running of the Service Department
Processing of customer invoices
Submitting Warranty and Extra Care claims
Assisting with Accounts Payable
