1. Ensure that you collect as much information as possible on customers' concerns to help the tech fix the vehicle first time. 2. Try not to say no to the customer work out a way to find a alternative solution. 3. To update customer details during each visit.  4. To remind customers of previous highlighted repairs that now may need attention. 5. Always check to make sure repair parts and ordered parts are in stock. 6. Monitor the repair time compared to the promise time for updating the customer due to any changes. 7. Ensure service history is up to date. 8. This position will be the main point of contact for customers. 9. Service appointments are received in a timely manner. 11. To provide a warm welcome and promptly address any issues the customer may have. 12.To maintain clear and regular communication with the customer throughout the maintenance visit. 13. Start to build a strong relationship to ensure customer loyalty and retention. 14. Always be ready to help the customer to prioritize urgent safety repairs over non safety repairs. 15. Having the financial acumen to understand how the department makes profit.
