JOB SUMMARY:

The Automobile Service Advisor - Insurance acts as a liaison between customers, and the service department. They are responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow within the service department, accurately documenting repair orders, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring all insurance claims are processed promptly and accurately.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional certification or training in automotive service advising or a related field is preferred.
  • UAE Driving Licence
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience 3 to 4 Years as a service advisor role within the automotive industry for Luxury cars
  • Spare Parts Knowledge .
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide an outstanding customer service experience.
  • Listen to customer concerns and vehicle issues, providing professional and empathetic assistance..
  • Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs.
  • Negotiate with insurance adjusters on behalf of customers to obtain the best repair rates and ensure proper coverage.
  • Create detailed and accurate repair orders based on customer concerns and vehicle diagnostics.
  • Ensure parts are ordered and available for scheduled repairs.
  • Ensure that all repairs are performed to the highest standards and meet customer expectations.
  • Conduct post-repair follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
