JOB OVERVIEW

As a Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that clients receive exceptional service while their vehicles are being maintained or repaired. You will utilise your customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients, providing them with accurate information regarding their vehicle’s needs and upselling relevant services.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate technical information to customers.
  • Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in cash handling and financial transactions with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly disposition.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
