SERVICE ADVISOR – ANCASTER NISSAN/ŠKODA EPSOM

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our successful team at Ancaster Nissan/Škoda in Epsom. This is a fantastic chance to work with a supportive, high-performing dealership group that prides itself on delivering outstanding customer service.
The Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their vehicles are looked after to the highest standards while providing a professional and friendly experience throughout.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming customers to the Service Department and ensuring their vehicles are processed in line with manufacturer standards
  • Organising the Service Department diary to maximise technician efficiency
  • Promoting service facilities to encourage repeat business for Sales and Aftersales
  • Selling service, repairs and parts to support dealership revenue and profitability
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction targets while adhering to manufacturer and dealership procedures
  • Presenting yourself in a professional, approachable and customer-focused manner

About You

We’re looking for a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor with:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a franchised dealership environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, ambitious approach with a strong focus on customer service
  • A full UK driving licence
