About you

• Service desk or front counter experience in a dealership or quality workshop (must have)
• Confident quoting and explaining work to customers who expect a high standard
• Organised and quick on your feet, able to keep several jobs moving without dropping the ball
• Well presented and good on the phone
• 4x4 and touring knowledge such as suspension, bull bars, canopies, lighting, towing and GVM upgrades is ideal. If you’re still learning, we’ll train you on the product side
• Marlin GTX experience is a bonus
