Requirements Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and assist with service check-in and checkout Support Service Advisors with repair order setup, updates, and follow-up communication Schedule service appointments and confirm customer information Communicate service status, recommendations, and timelines to customers as directed Assist with warranty, recall, and maintenance documentation Maintain accurate records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure efficient workflow Promote a positive, professional, and customer-focused service experience Uphold Toyota and Chevrolet brand standards and dealership policies Qualifications Previous automotive dealership or customer service experience preferred Interest in developing a career as a Service Advisor or in automotive service Strong computer skills; experience with Dealer Management Systems a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude Valid driver’s license with a good driving record High school diploma or equivalent required Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid Driver's License Benefits: 401(k) with company match Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Health, dental, and vision insurance.
