Ideal Honda is looking for a service advisor to join our team! No automotive experience required however, retail/sales experience is an asset.
Are you looking for a great opportunity to begin a career in the automotive industry? We are looking to add a full time Service Advisor in our Service Drive-Thru.
Our ideal candidate is a retail customer service focused individual looking for a place to expand their knowledge and develop their skills. Someone who enjoys working with a close-knit team in a fast-paced automotive environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:



    • Excels in communication with customers & fellow team members



      • Exceptional customer service skills



        • Sales experience is an asset



          • Attention to detail and team oriented



            • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines



              • Possesses the ability to self-start



                • Saturday work required



                  • Must possess a valid G class license

                  Responsibilities


                    • Greeting customers



                      • Performing Walk around inspection on vehicles in that come through the Drive Thru



                        • Providing maintenance & repair recommendations



                          • Explaining the nature of repairs



                            • Updating customers via Email & Phone



                              • Following up with other departments regarding customer repairs



                                • Processing Internal work orders



                                  • Invoicing customer, warranty, & internal repair orders



                                    • Maintaining Tire Storage



                                      • Other duties as assigned
