Experience & Qualifications Needed: * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record * 1-3 years of progressive experience in auto service is preferred but not required * Consistent record of service and sales success * Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results * Team-oriented and self-motivated * Able to work independently  Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:  * Greet customers and guide them through the service process with confidence, professionalism, and a focus on building long-term relationships. * Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly, with the goal of increasing closing ratios and maximizing service sales. * Consistently follow up with customers for approvals and updates, creating urgency, and trust through timely communication. * Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and estimates are conveyed to customers. * Own the customer experience from drop-off to delivery, ensuring every interaction ends with satisfaction and repeat business. * Track performance metrics like sales totals and closing ratios to drive continuous improvement.
