Come join our Audi Ottawa Service team as our Service Advisor.

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Greets customers, listens to concerns or symptoms about car operation and ask questions to help resolve
  • Take video of clients vehicle before the vehicle is put in the garage
  • Maintains timely communication with customer regarding vehicle status
  • Identifies and researches vehicles, maintenance history, recalls and updates and prepares service order requests
  • Prepares written work orders
  • Actively sells quotes and makes informed recommendations for service
  • Liaison between customer and the technician, parts and manufacturers
  • Verifies that performed post-maintenance checks are completed
  • Upon repair completion, reviews and enters mechanics labor time, road tests vehicle, closes work order, notifies customers of completion
  • Contacts customers and schedules preventative maintenance or inspections on vehicles
  • Coordinates with parts inventory personnel to ensure parts availability to minimize amount of time vehicles are in shop.
  • Follows up on all customer special order parts and confirms required appointment prior to customer leaving
  • Tracks all open repair orders and knows the status of each

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in a service advisor or customer service role within the automotive industry
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems (e.x., CDK, 180) is an asset
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract
    Job type - Full time 7am-4pm. Hourly Pay + Bonus
