Audi Wexford is seeking a Service Advisor to join our dedicated and professional team.
Our service advisors are the vital link between our highly skilled workshop technicians and our customers, ensuring that every service visit runs smoothly. This is a customer-facing role where you will represent our retail centre and deliver an exceptional service experience.

• Act as the first point of contact with customers via telephone, email, and face-to-face, converting queries into service bookings where appropriate.
• Prepare and process all relevant service documentation.
• Meet and greet all customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage the handover and return of vehicles to customers.
• Agree on costs, timelines, and service/repair details with customers.
• Monitor the progress of vehicles throughout the day, keeping customers informed and obtaining approval for any additional work.
• Liaise effectively with management, reception, warranty, parts, and sales teams.
• Work collaboratively within the team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
