First Motors is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor- Automotive to join our team in Sitrah, Bahrain. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to work with a leading automotive group. The ideal candidate will be a Bahraini national with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the automotive industry. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: * Greet customers and ascertain their automotive needs. * Advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance, explaining technical issues clearly and concisely. * Prepare repair orders, ensuring accurate documentation of customer requests and vehicle information. * Liaise with technicians and workshop staff to schedule and monitor repairs. * Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services. * Keep customers informed of the progress of their repairs. * Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle specifications and service requirements. * Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment. Qualifications: * Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry. * Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and maintenance procedures. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks. * Strong organisational and administrative skills. * Proficient computer skills and experience with relevant software. * High school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications in automotive technology are advantageous.
