At Available Car, we’re on the lookout for a fantastic Aftersales Advisor to join our friendly and supportive team at our Castle Donington branch. This varied role offers the chance to work with different departments across our business, ensuring our customers continue to have an amazing experience even after their purchase.

As part of our busy Aftersales team, you’ll report to the Aftersales Manager and play a key role in keeping our customers happy and informed. Here’s what your day might look like:

• Assisting customers post-sale, helping them with their vehicles or purchased products.
• Providing top-notch customer service in person and online.
• Booking workshop jobs daily, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Managing our courtesy car fleet so customers are always taken care of.
• Meeting and greeting customers at appointments, making them feel welcomed and at ease.
• Confirming job card details and vehicle condition videos with customers.
• Keeping customers updated on the progress of their repairs—time management is key!
