Position Overview: As a Service Advisor at Butler Ford, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional service and guidance throughout their vehicle maintenance and repair journey. You will serve as the liaison between our customers and our skilled service technicians, helping to diagnose issues, schedule appointments, and ensure that vehicles are repaired efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document vehicle issues. Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance. Schedule service appointments and communicate repair timelines. Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs. Prepare and present accurate cost estimates to customers. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and timely communication. Handle customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Keep abreast of automotive industry trends and product knowledge. Qualifications: 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repairs. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficient computer skills for documenting service details and estimates.
